StudyCareer Canada (“the Service”) is a service operated by VisionSpector (visionspector.com). The Service provides publicly available Canadian immigration and labour-market data in a user-friendly format. The Service is operated independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Government of Canada, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), or Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC).
The Service provides factual data and general information only. Nothing on this website constitutes immigration advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to take any particular course of action.
Under Canada's Immigration and Refugee Protection Act(IRPA), Section 91, only authorized representatives — Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) registered with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), lawyers who are members of a Canadian law society, or Quebec notaries — may provide immigration advice or representation for a fee or other consideration.
We are not authorized immigration representatives under IRPA. The Service does not employ, retain, or act on behalf of any RCIC or immigration lawyer. For personalized immigration advice, consult a licensed RCIC or a qualified immigration lawyer.
The Service uses data from the following Canadian government open-data sources, all published under the Open Government Licence – Canada or equivalent provincial licences:
While we make every effort to present data accurately, we do not guarantee that the information is complete, current, or error-free. Government source data may be updated, corrected, or removed at any time without notice. Data displayed on the Service may lag behind the most recent government publication.
The “LMIA stability score” and related employer assessments displayed on this website are derived from our proprietary analysis of publicly available data. These scores reflect historical patterns only and:
Always confirm current hiring intentions directly with the employer and consult an authorized immigration professional before making decisions.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.
The underlying government datasets used by the Service are subject to their respective open-government licences. Our proprietary analysis, scoring methodology, website design, and original content are the intellectual property of StudyCareer Canada. You may not reproduce, scrape, or redistribute our proprietary analysis without written permission.
The Service may offer paid features or premium access. All fees are stated in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Digital goods or services that have been fully delivered or substantially consumed are not eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to deny refund requests where we reasonably believe the refund policy is being abused.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StudyCareer Canada and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from:
In any event, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty Canadian dollars (CAD $50).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StudyCareer Canada and its operators, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and dispute resolution) shall survive.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, including Canadian government resources. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites.
We are committed to making the Service accessible to all users, including persons with disabilities, in accordance with the Accessible Canada Act (ACA). We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact us so we can address it. We welcome feedback on how to improve the accessibility of the Service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
