StudyCareer Korea is a service operated by VisionSpector, accessible at visionspector.com. The Service provides publicly available immigration and labour-market data for South Korea in a user-friendly format.

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any Korean government agency, including the Ministry of Justice or the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

2. Not immigration or legal advice

Nothing on this website constitutes immigration advice or legal advice. Under Korean immigration law, only registered administrative agents or licensed attorneys may provide paid immigration advice. We are not authorized immigration representatives.

3. Data sources

The Service uses publicly available Korean government data (MOJ, MOEL, KOSIS, NIIED). While we make every effort to present data accurately, we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, reproduce, or redistribute our proprietary analysis without written permission. Automated access is prohibited without prior consent.

5. Intellectual property

Government datasets are subject to their respective open-data licences. Our proprietary analysis, scoring methodology, and original content are the intellectual property of VisionSpector.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

VisionSpector shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions related to immigration, career, or finances.

These Korea-specific terms supplement our general Terms of Service. In case of conflict, these terms take precedence for the Korea section.
